  SA 4016. Mr. FLAKE (for Mr. Alexander) proposed an amendment to the 
bill S. 3029, to revise and extend the Prematurity Research Expansion 
and Education for Mothers who deliver Infants Early Act (PREEMIE Act); 
as follows:

       On page 16, line 22, insert ``, in collaboration with other 
     departments, as appropriate,'' after ``Services''.
       Beginning on page 16, line 24, strike ``within'' and all 
     that follows through ``Services'' on page 17, line 1.
       On page 17, line 11, insert ``, and, as applicable, those 
     in other departments,'' after ``Services''.
