  SA 3689. Mr. WYDEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 4, to reauthorize programs of the Federal Aviation 
Administration, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       On page 560, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:

     SEC. 6805. TORT CLAIMS PROCEDURE.

       Section 2680(h) of title 28, United States Code, is amended 
     by inserting ``, including an employee of the Transportation 
     Security Administration,'' after ``officer of the United 
     States''.
