  Mr. LEAHY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Bob Ross, a 
detailee from the Department of Agriculture; Ramsay Eyre, an intern at 
the Appropriations Committee; and Olivia Harris, an intern in my 
personal office, be granted floor privileges for the length of the 
current debate on H.R. 6147, an act making appropriations for the 
Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes.
