   RECOGNIZING AND SUPPORTING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF 
     TRADEMARKS AND THE GOALS AND IDEALS OF THE NATIONAL TRADEMARK 
      EXPOSITION OF THE UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE

  Mr. ROUNDS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of and the Senate 
now proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 580.

  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 580) recognizing and supporting 
     public awareness of the importance of trademarks and the 
     goals and ideals of the National Trademark Exposition of the 
     United States Patent and Trademark Office.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
