 HONORING THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION ON 
                   THE 45TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE AGENCY

  Mr. ROUNDS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of and the Senate 
now proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 578.

  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 578) honoring the men and women of 
     the Drug Enforcement Administration on the 45th anniversary 
     of the agency.
