 STRENGTHENING CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION FOR THE 21ST CENTURY ACT

  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee be discharged from 
further consideration of H.R. 2353 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.

     Career and Technical Education Act of 2006.

considered read a third time.
