  SA 3402. Mr. CRUZ (for himself, Mr. Cotton, Mr. Lee, and Mr. Johnson) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 
6147, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, 
environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 
30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division B, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. ___.  None of the funds made available by Division B 
     of this Act may be used by the government of the District of 
     Columbia to carry out subtitle A of title V of the Fiscal 
     Year 2019 Budget Support Act of 2018 (D.C. Bill 22-753) 
     (requiring residents of the District of Columbia to have 
     health insurance).
