  SA 3202. Mr. SULLIVAN (for himself and Ms. Murkowski) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2, to provide 
for the reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of 
the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2023, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of subtitle A of title VI, insert the following:

     SEC. 61__. ELIGIBILITY FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING.

       Section 343(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural 
     Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1991(a)) is amended--
       (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ``in, fish farming'' and 
     inserting the following: ``in--
       ``(A) fish farming; and
       ``(B) in the case of assistance under subtitle B, 
     commercial fishing''; and
       (2) in paragraph (2), by striking ``shall'' and all that 
     follows through the period at the end and inserting the 
     following: ``includes--
       ``(A) fish farming; and
       ``(B) in the case of assistance under subtitle B, 
     commercial fishing.''.
