FOREIGN INVESTMENT RISK REVIEW MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2018
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Holding). The unfinished business is the
vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 5841)
to modernize and strengthen the Committee on Foreign Investment in the
United States to more effectively guard against the risk to the
national security of the United States posed by certain types of
foreign investment, and for other purposes, as amended, on which the
yeas and nays were ordered.
