a fellow in Senator Alexander's office, and Megan Parrott, a fellow in 
my office, be granted floor privileges for the remainder of the 
consideration of H.R. 5895, the Energy and Water Development and 
Related Agencies Appropriations Act.

debate on H.R. 5895, an act making appropriations for Energy and Water 
Development, the Legislative Branch, and Military Construction and 
Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2019.
