  SA 2849. Mrs. MURRAY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2282 proposed by Mr. Inhofe (for himself and Mr. 
McCain) to the bill H.R. 5515, to authorize appropriations for fiscal 
year 2019 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for 
military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of 
Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, 
and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the end of title XXVIII, add the following:

        Subtitle E--Real Property and Facilities Administration

     SEC. 2851. AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO 20-YEAR INTERGOVERNMENTAL 
                   SUPPORT AGREEMENTS FOR INSTALLATION-SUPPORT 
                   SERVICES.

       (a) Authority.--Notwithstanding subparagraph (A) of 
     paragraph (2) of section 2679(a) of title 10, United States 
     Code, in addition to the agreements described in such 
     subparagraph and subject to subsection (b), during fiscal 
     year 2019 each Secretary concerned may enter into a single 
     intergovernmental support agreement under such section for a 
     term not to exceed 20 years.
       (b) Limit on Cost.--The cost of any agreement entered into 
     under the authority of this section may not exceed $750,000 
     during any year.
