                 CROSSROADS BATTLEFIELD DESIGNATION ACT

  Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the consent 
with respect to H.R. 88 be amended to reflect that the Murkowski 
amendment was an amendment to the committee-reported amendment and the 
committee substitute, as amended, be agreed to and the bill, as 
amended, passed.
