SPECIAL RESOURCE STUDY OF JAMES WELDON JOHNSON BIRTHPLACE
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 5005) to direct the
Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study to
determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing the
birthplace of James Weldon Johnson in Jacksonville, Florida, as a unit
of the National Park System, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Utah (Mr. Bishop) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill.
