  SA 2251. Mrs. CAPITO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill S. 2842, to prohibit the marketing of bogus opioid 
treatment programs or products; which was referred to the Committee on 
Commerce, Science, and Transportation; as follows:

       In section 2(3), in the heading, strike ``treatment'' and 
     insert ``use''.
