  SA 2246. Mr. McCONNELL proposed an amendment to the bill S. 2372, to 
amend title 38, United States Code, to provide outer burial receptacles 
for remains buried in National Parks, and for other purposes; as 
follows:

       At the end add the following.
       ``This Act shall take effect 1 day after the date of 
     enactment.''
