  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Amy J. 
St. Eve, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh 
Circuit.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the St. Eve nomination?
