votes 178, 179, and 180. Had I been present, on rollcall 178 I would
have voted ``yes'', on rollcall 179 I would have voted ``no''; and on
rollcall 180 I would have voted ``no''.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Ms. GRANGER. Mr. Speaker, due to a personal conflict, I unfortunately
missed votes today.
Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on rollcall No. 178
``yea'' on rollcall No. 179 and ``yea'' on rollcall No. 180.
