                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the following 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Mike Pompeo, of Kansas, 
to be Secretary of State.

noon will be equally divided between the two leaders or their 
designees.
