FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS EXAMINATION FAIRNESS AND REFORM ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
agreeing to amendment No. 1 printed in part B of House Report 115-595,
offered by the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Maxine Waters), to the
bill (H.R. 4545) to amend the Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council Act of 1978 to improve the examination of
depository institutions, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
