1285. An act to allow the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower
Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, the Confederated Tribes of the
Grand Ronde Community of Oregon, the Confederated Tribes of
Warm Springs, the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of
Oregon, and the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians to
lease or transfer certain lands (Rept. 115-507). Referred to

bill to deem the Step 2 compliance date for standards of
performance for new residential wood heaters, new residential
hydronic heaters, and forced-air furnaces to be May 15, 2023
(Rept. 115-508). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union.
Mr. WALDEN: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 1917. A
bill to allow for judicial review of any final rule
addressing national emission standards for hazardous air
pollutants for brick and structural clay products or for clay
ceramics manufacturing before requiring compliance with such
rule (Rept. 115-509). Referred to the Committee of the Whole
