Program for Thursday: Senate will continue consideration of the
nomination of Michael Lawrence Brown, of Georgia, to be United States
District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, post-cloture, and
vote on confirmation of the nomination at 12 noon.
Following disposition of the nomination of Michael Lawrence Brown,
Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of
Walter David Counts III, of Texas, to be United States District Judge
for the Western District of Texas. If cloture is invoked on the
nomination, Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at 1:45
p.m.
