FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT OF 2017
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 2706) to provide
requirements for the appropriate Federal banking agencies when
requesting or ordering a depository institution to terminate a specific
customer account, to provide for additional requirements related to
subpoenas issued under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and
Enforcement Act of 1989, and for other purposes, as amended, on which
the yeas and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Missouri (Mr. Luetkemeyer) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, as amended.

Mr. GRIJALVA, Mrs. WATSON COLEMAN, Messrs. TAKANO, VISCLOSKY, and
NADLER changed their vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Mrs. WAGNER. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained. Had I been
present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 672.
Mrs. NAPOLITANO. Mr. Speaker, during rollcall Vote number 672 on H.R.
2706, I mistakenly recorded my vote as ``nay'' when I should have voted
``yes.''
