MICRO OFFERING SAFE HARBOR ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on
passage of the bill (H.R. 2201) to amend the Securities Act of 1933 to
exempt certain micro-offerings from the registration requirements of
such Act, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.

due to travel to Sutherland Springs, Texas, to meet with the victims,
their families, and the first responders of the attack that took place
on November 5th, 2017. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea''
on rollcall No. 622.

Mr. WALZ. Mr. Speaker, I was absent for rollcall No. 622 (on the
passage of H.R. 2201). Had I been present, I would have voted ``no'' on
this vote.
