SAINT-GAUDENS NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK REDESIGNATION ACT

The SPEAKER. The unfinished business is the vote on the motion to
suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 965) to redesignate the
Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site as the ``Saint-Gaudens National
Historical Park'', and for other purposes, as amended, on which the
yeas and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman

pass the bill, as amended.

personal explanation
Ms. ROSEN. Mr. Speaker, on October 2nd, on rollcall votes 544 and
545, I was not present because I was tending to my community in Las
Vegas, in the aftermath of the deadliest mass shooting in United States
history. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall
vote 544 and ``yea'' on rollcall vote 545.
