ISSUERS TO BE EXEMPT FROM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 2864) to direct the
Securities and Exchange Commission to allow certain issuers to be
exempt from registration requirements, and for other purposes, as
amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
