DEVELOPING INNOVATION AND GROWING THE INTERNET OF THINGS ACT
Mr. WICKER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 113, S. 88.

A bill (S. 88) to ensure appropriate spectrum planning and
interagency coordination to support the Internet of Things.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. WICKER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Fischer
substitute amendment at the desk be considered and agreed to, and the
bill, as amended, be considered read a third time.
