COUNTERING AMERICA'S ADVERSARIES THROUGH SANCTIONS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 3364) to provide
congressional review and to counter aggression by the Governments of
Iran, the Russian Federation, and North Korea, and for other purposes,
on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from California (Mr. Royce) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill.

Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018, as amended. I
would have also voted ``nay'' on S. 114--A bill to authorize
appropriations for the Veterans Choice Program, and for other purposes,
as amended. I would have also voted ``yea'' on H.R. 3218--Harry W.
Colmery Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2017, as amended. I
would have also voted ``nay'' on the Motion on Ordering the Previous
