J. BENNETT JOHNSTON WATERWAY HYDROPOWER EXTENSION ACT OF 2017
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 2457) to extend the
deadline for commencement of construction of certain hydroelectric
projects, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on both of the votes.
