SUPPORTING THE DESIGNATION OF MAY 18, 2017, AS ``DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
LABORATORY DAY''
Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 170, submitted earlier today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The bill clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 170) expressing the sense of the
Senate that defense laboratories are on the cutting-edge of
scientific and technological advancement, and supporting the
designation of May 18, 2017, as ``Department of Defense
Laboratory Day.''
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I know of no further debate on the measure.

If not, the question is on agreeing to the resolution.
