  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       23. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the 
     Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relative to Senate Resolution 
     No. 36, urging the Congress of the United States to 
     reauthorize the Rohrabacher-Farr amendment to prevent the 
     United States Department of Justice from spending funds to 
     interfere with the implementation of state medical marijuana 
     laws; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
