  SA 192. Mr. BLUNT proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 244, to 
encourage effective, voluntary investments to recruit, employ, and 
retain men and women who have served in the United States military with 
annual Federal awards to employers recognizing such efforts, and for 
other purposes; as follows:

       On page 9, strike lines 11 through 18.
       On page 9, line 19, strike ``(b) Unlawful Display 
     Prohibited.--''.
       On page 12, lines 18 through 19, strike ``, as defined in 
     such section''.
