   HONORING IN PRAISE AND REMEMBRANCE THE EXTRAORDINARY LIFE, STEADY 
LEADERSHIP, AND REMARKABLE, 70-YEAR REIGN OF KING BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ OF 
                                THAILAND

  Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Foreign 
Relations Committee be discharged from further consideration of and the 
Senate now proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 9.

  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 9) honoring in praise and remembrance 
     the extraordinary life, steady leadership, and remarkable, 
     70-year reign of King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
