  Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration 
of H.R. 1362 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 1362) to name the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Pago Pago, 
     American Samoa, the Faleomavaega Eni Fa'aua'a Hunkin VA 
     Clinic.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
