unfinished business is the vote on the passage of the bill (H.R. 1301)
making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2017, and for other purposes, on which the yeas
and nays were ordered.

So the bill was passed.

Mr. DEUTCH. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained. Had I been
present, I would have voted ``Nay'' on Roll Call No. 134, ``Nay'' on
Roll Call No. 135, and ``Yea'' on Roll Call No. 136.
