  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 
609 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 609) to designate the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs health care center in Center Township, Butler County, 
     Pennsylvania, as the ``Abie Abraham VA Clinic.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table.
