            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 7 p.m. on 
Monday, February 27, all postcloture time be considered expired and the 
Senate vote on the confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 3, Wilbur 
Ross to be Secretary of Commerce.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, for the information of all Senators, there 
will be two votes at approximately 7 p.m. on Monday, February 27--
confirmation of Wilbur Ross to be Secretary of Commerce, followed by 
cloture on the nomination of Ryan Zinke to be Secretary of the 
Interior.
