PROVIDING FOR CONGRESSIONAL DISAPPROVAL OF A RULE SUBMITTED BY THE
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the
Senate will resume consideration of H.J. Res. 41, which the clerk will
report.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 41) providing for
congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United
States Code, of a rule submitted by the Securities and
Exchange Commission relating to ``Disclosure of Payments by
Resource Extraction Issuers.''
