ANNOUNCEMENT BY COMMITTEE ON RULES REGARDING AMENDMENT PROCESS FOR H.R. 
              428, RED RIVER GRADIENT BOUNDARY SURVEY ACT

  Mr. SESSIONS. Mr. Speaker, this afternoon, the Rules Committee issued 
an announcement outlining the amendment process for H.R. 428, the Red 
River Gradient Boundary Survey Act.
  The amendment deadline has been set for Monday, February 6, at 3 p.m. 
Amendments should be drafted to the bill as introduced and which can be 
found on the Rules Committee website.
  Mr. Speaker, please be advised, if there are any questions, Members 
may contact me or any member of the Rules Committee staff.
