  Mr. NELSON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Commander Dan 
Hurd, U.S. Coast Guard, a fellow in my office, be granted floor 
privileges for the remainder of the week.

  Mr. RUBIO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that all time 
during recess or adjournment of the Senate count post-cloture on the 
Tillerson nomination; further, that following the prayer and pledge, 
the remaining post-cloture time be equally divided between the two 
leaders or their designees.
