            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. BARRASSO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 5 p.m., 
on Tuesday, January 24, the Senate proceed to executive session for the 
consideration of the following nominations en bloc: Executive Calendar 
Nos. 6 and 7; I further ask unanimous consent that there be 30 minutes 
of debate on the nominations en bloc, equally divided in the usual 
form; and that following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate 
vote on the nominations en bloc, with no intervening action or debate; 
that if confirmed, the motions to reconsider be considered made and 
laid upon the table; the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action, and no further motions be in order; and that any 
statements related to the nominations be printed in the Record.
