  S. 96, to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to ensure the 
integrity of voice communications and to prevent unjust or unreasonable 
discrimination among areas of the United States in the delivery of such 
communications;
  S. 102, to direct the Federal Communications Commission to commence 
proceedings related to the resiliency of critical communications 
networks during times of emergency, with an amendment in the nature of 
a substitute;
  S. 110, to require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the 
Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, 
to establish a constituent-driven program to provide a digital 
information platform capable of efficiently integrating coastal data 
with decision-support tools, training, and best practices and to

telephone systems to have a default configuration that permits users to

  S. 134, to expand the prohibition on misleading or inaccurate caller 
identification information, with an amendment in the nature of a
