PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION--MOTION TO PROCEED
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Select Committee
on Intelligence is discharged from further consideration of the
nomination of Mike Pompeo, of Kansas, to be Director of the Central
Intelligence Agency, and the question is on agreeing to the motion to
proceed to the nomination.
