TESTED ABILITY TO LEVERAGE EXCEPTIONAL NATIONAL TALENT ACT OF 2017
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 39) to amend title
5, United States Code, to codify the Presidential Innovation Fellows
Program, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
