EMMETT TILL UNSOLVED CIVIL RIGHTS CRIMES REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2016
Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask that the Chair lay before the
Senate the message to accompany S. 2854.
The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message
from the House of Representatives:
Resolved, That the bill from the Senate (S. 2854) entitled
``An Act to reauthorize the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights
Crime Act of 2007.'', do pass with an amendment.
Mr. PORTMAN. I move to concur in the House amendment and know of no
further debate on the motion.

If not, the question is on agreeing to the motion.
