    MARINE LANCE CORPORAL SQUIRE ``SKIP'' WELLS POST OFFICE BUILDING

  Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be discharged 
from further consideration of H.R. 5612 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5612) to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 2886 Sandy Plains Road in 
     Marietta, Georgia, as the ``Marine Lance Corporal Squire 
     `Skip' Wells Post Office Building.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

read a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table.
