 JEFF MILLER AND RICHARD BLUMENTHAL VETERANS HEALTH CARE AND BENEFITS 
                        IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2016

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 6416, which was received 
from the House.

       A bill (H.R. 6416) to amend title 38, United States Code, 
     to make certain improvements in the laws administered by the 
     Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
