           BOTTLES AND BREASTFEEDING EQUIPMENT SCREENING ACT

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from 
further consideration of H.R. 5065 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 5065) to direct the Administrator of the 
     Transportation Security Administration to notify air carriers 
     and security screening personnel of the Transportation 
     Security Administration of such Administration's guidelines 
     regarding permitting baby formula, breast milk, purified 
     deionized water, and juice on airplanes, and for other 
     purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

considered read a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
