  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Environment and Public Works be discharged from further 
consideration of H.R. 4618 and the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration.

  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4618) to designate the Federal building and 
     United States courthouse located at 121 Spring Street SE in 
     Gainesville, Georgia, as the ``Sidney Oslin Smith, Jr. 
     Federal Building and United States Courthouse.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
