                SEC SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCATE ACT OF 2016

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be discharged from 
further consideration of H.R. 3784 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 3784) to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 
     1934 to establish an Office of the Advocate for Small 
     Business Capital Formation and a Small Business Capital 
     Formation Advisory Committee, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
