  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration 
of H.R. 960 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 960) to designate the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Newark, Ohio, as 
     the Daniel L. Kinnard VA Clinic.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
